- Today
Residential and commercial roofing
LoveRain serves Austin and Central Texas with free inspections, residential and commercial roofing, and GAF Master Elite installation.
Make the most stressful home repair feel simple
Clear photos, plain-English options and a crew that shows up when it says it will. No scare tactics, no surprise change orders, no chasing us after the check clears.
The roof standard Central Texas measures against
Every LoveRain roof should still be watertight when the next owner sells the house — with the warranty paperwork still valid in their name.

Six rules every crew memorizes
Treat the home like family
Magnet sweeps, landscape protection and a nightly clean site — every day, not just the last one.
Put it in writing
Scope, materials, timeline and price are documented before a single shingle is touched.
Safety before speed
Full harness protocol, OSHA-30 foremen and a zero-lost-time record across the last four years.
Build to the detail
Flashing, ventilation and underlayment done right — the parts nobody photographs but everybody feels.
Serve the neighborhood
Free roofs for veteran families, storm response clinics and school fundraising every season.
Waste less
94% of tear-off debris is diverted to shingle recycling instead of Central Texas landfills.

Jake Landry still climbs the ladder
Jake has worked in roofing since 1999 — owning NTBS, Inc., training contractors as a Regional CARE Training Manager at GAF, and leading roof coatings and restoration work at Ja-Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal before founding LoveRain in 2019. He still reviews replacement proposals personally and shows up on tear-off mornings.
