Does the warranty survive a hail storm?
Storm damage is an insurance event, not a warranty claim — but we file, document and rebuild under your policy, and the new roof gets fresh coverage.
How do I transfer it when I sell?
Email us the closing date and the buyer's name within 60 days. We reissue the certificate at no charge.
Do repairs carry a warranty too?
Yes — every repair carries a 2-year leak-free guarantee, and repair cost is credited if you replace within 12 months.
